It is our mission to create a result-oriented, pro-active defense of Workers' Compensation claims brought against our employer clients. This is achieved in two ways: First we consult with clients on preventative measures to avoid on-the-job injuries and occupational diseases. Second, when claims are brought, we provide high-quality, personalized, prompt, and thorough preparation for, and defense of, these claims, taking into account each employer's specific circumstances. Paramount in this process is full and timely communication with the client at every stage of claims preparation and throughout the administrative (Industrial Commission) and litigation (court) process.
